I am working on my Bachelor of Education to teach elementary school. My biggest passion is in helping students understand mathematics. I believe with a No Child Left Behind Motto any student if fully capable of being successful in mathematics. I think it is easy for a child to say “I am not good at math” but the challenge is for the educator to find a way to make the student want to be good at math!
I enjoy travelling and trying new things. I believe that every experience we have broadens who we are as an educator and I am passionate about becoming the best educator I can be. I love to learn. I believe that in order to be a good teacher I need to first be a good student. For me this includes challenging myself, asking tough questions and not being afraid of failure.
